I am in the very beginning stages of my research right now. I have begun a literature review and will meet with an advisor on Wednesday to discuss exactly what I will be doing this semester. This fall I will be conducting a pilot study and writing a mini-thesis before I begin the full thesis after the new year. This is my first research project and I am really looking forward to it. I have a lot of work to do and it is going to be slow to start, but I think it's going to be fun seeing the kids and finding the results.
